Brake Fitting

Remove the Wheel (15mm Socket is best)

Spin the disc clockwise onto the threaded part of the wheel (the head of screws should be facing outwards)

Fit the caliper and locating bracket to the frame. (There are cutouts on the frame to position the assembly)

Place the wheel back into Frame. (refit the chain)
- Spin the wheel to check for proper alignment.
- adjust the two bolts that hold the caliper assembly to the locating bracket. As the wheel is spinning in a forward motion you need to slightly adjust one at a time until they are relatively tight and the wheel is spinning freely.

Fit lever cable to handlebar.

Fit cable to lever.

Fit cable to disc assembly.
Fit Velcro straps to top bar.
